    HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

    BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM, SEND AN EMAIL TO HELLO@LIFEONOUTDOORS.COM WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

    • INCLUDING WHETHER YOU WOULD LIKE A RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR STORE CREDIT.

    ***DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN EMAIL FROM LIFE ON OUTDOORS DETAILING THE RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS.

       
    RETURN POLICY: IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN COMPLETING A RETURN/EXCHANGE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW.

    • RETURNS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 2 WEEKS (14 DAYS) OF THE DELIVERY DATE.  ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED OFF BY THE CUSTOMER WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS FROM LIFE ON OUTDOORS.
    • RETURNS MUST INCLUDE EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
      • *** FAILURE TO INCLUDE EVERYTHING FROM THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE MAY RESULT IN THE REFUSAL OF A REFUND
      • *** IF THE RETURNED PACKAGE HAS DAMAGED ITEMS (OR WASHED OR WORN GARMENT) RETURN IS SUBJECT TO REFUSAL OF REFUND OR PARTIAL REFUND.
      • A “RETURN REQUEST” EMAIL MUST BE SENT TOHELLO@LIFEONOUTDOORS.COM, AND THE CUSTOMER MUST RECEIVE AN EMAIL IN RETURN, DETAILING THE HANDLING OF THE RETURN/EXCHANGE.
      • ALL GARMENTS/ITEMS RETURNED ARE SUBJECT TO AN INSPECTION AND REFUSAL OF A REFUND.
      • CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. IF IT IS AN EXCHANGE, THE SHIPPING COSTS OF THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE DETERMINED UPON REVIEW OF THE RETURNED GARMENT(S)/ITEM(S).
      • CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT LIFE ON OUTDOORS RECEIVES THE RETURN PACKAGE.
        • ON LARGE ORDERS, CONSIDER PACKAGE TRACKING AND INSURANCE
        • LIFE ON OUTDOORS WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS FOR RETURNS WE DO NOT RECEIVE
